刘充,2013年于中国科学技术大学物理学院获得学士学位,2018年于清华大学物理系获得博士学位,之后在不列颠哥伦比亚大学从事博士后工作,2021年底加入北京量子信息科学研究院低维量子材料团队,任副研究员。主要研究方向为非常规超导薄膜、新型二维材料的制备和新奇量子物态的探索与调控,核心实验技术手段为分子束外延(MBE)和扫描隧道显微学(STM),并结合磁电输运、角分辨光电子谱、X射线谱学等表征手段。截至2023年初,已在Nature Communications、Nano Letters等知名期刊上发表论文31篇,其中以第一/通讯作者身份发表论文12篇,总计被引用600余次,h指数为12。
