吴邦,2012年于华中科技大学物理学院获得学士学位,2018年于华中科技大学电气学院获得博士学位,同年加入北京大学物理学院从事博士后研究工作。2021年6月加入北京量子信息科学研究院,任助理研究员。
吴博士致力于THz时域光谱技术、新型微纳激光器、单光子源等的研究。近年来发表相关论文多篇(IEEE. Trans. THz. Sci. Technol. 2018, 8 , 305-311; IEEE. Trans. THz. Sci. Technol. 2021, 11 , 454-461; Infrared Physics and Technology, 2018,92: 287-294 )。
