裴天,2013年于北京大学信息技术与科学学院获得物理电子学博士学位,2013年至2019年期间在英国牛津大学材料系从事博士后研究,主要从事基于纳米半导体材料的量子点器件输运,基于量子点器件的量子比特测控等研究。2019年加入北京量子信息科学研究院后,负责组建和领导了量子点量子计算团队,目前主要的研究方向包括:

(1)基于硅锗二维电子/空穴气的量子输运。

(2)基于半导体量子点器件的量子比特测控。

(3)量子点量子比特的规模化设计、操控和读取。
